Our Station
On Magh 01, 2067, with sincere and tireless dedication of professionals, a non-profitable radio launched official broadcasting from Ratnanagar-1, Bakulahar, Chitwan as Radio Arpan 104.5 MHz, under the management and operation of Arun Sanchar Co-operative Ltd. Registered by Co-operative Office Bharatpur, Chitwan [Regd. No. 914/067/068]. It is being transmitted with 500 watt capacity. This radio covers wide range of listeners than any other radios in the district of Eastern Chitwan. Besides, we are much privileged to have been the first choice of listeners and advertisers for having high and latest technology and providing quality programs.
Our Mission
Mission of our Radio RADIO ARPAN 104.5 MHz is to provide fact news and entertainment program service for people living in the areas covered by our signal. We are providing a 21st century quality based radio service. The programs are designed to satisfy the needs of those not fully satisfied by other broadcasting media. Radio Arpan "A voice of many voices" that means Our Mission Slogan- "Arpan- Sabaika Lagi, Sadhaika Lagi" offering a wide variety of people an opportunity to share their experiences, concerns, and perspectives with its signal. This Radio reflects as a mirror and echoes the voice to connect its listeners with each other and the world through quality programs. And only manage Youth circle base Co-operative's Ethics, Values & Community base Radio.

We are indeed happy to mark launching the "Radio Arpan Website". It is a step further, a new technological landmark in our efforts to carry out more effectively our mission. The number of listeners has grown, and so is the support which the radio is getting from our listeners and clients. Of course, weaknesses and shortcomings are there too, and they need to be properly addressed. For the future, plans are under way. They include technical improvements in order to reach out to a wider area and more listeners. Content and programs is also in revision and updating in order to address the pleaded demands of the people who tune in to Radio Arpan 104.5 MHz. Thanks to all the listeners for their faithfulness, their encouragement to those who work for the radio and a key element of its success. Thanks to all our members of the Board Managing Team, Director, Director, Station Manager, Station Monitor, dedicated staffs, technicians, presenters for having put in their efforts and energies in making it possible for Radio Arpan to be on air right from the beginning up to now. Indeed, a hearty THANKS to the clients supporting and trusting us with their adverts and publicity.
